In the winter, you'll beat the crowds on a powder day as most people are getting on the mountain at Snow Park or Silver Lake. Access is via the Silver Buck ski run, which is rated a beginner (green) trail so that any skiing ability will get you home! Argent is considered one of Deer Valley's most luxurious and best-appointed private luxury condominium residences. Construction finished in early 2023, and our condo is regarded as one of the building's most nicely appointed and tech-rich condos. Our over 2,000-square-foot condo includes three bedrooms (all with king-size beds) and all with full ensuite baths. Our current Sustainability Initiatives include: Electricity from renewable sources * Our electric power is from wind and solar through the Rocky Mountain Power Blue Sky energy program. Reduced plastic usage * All shampoo, conditioner, etc. -- great luxury product dispensed from larger, refillable bottles. No more tiny plastic amenity bottles. * To decrease plastic water bottle waste, cold filtered water is built into all refrigerators, or a filtered water pitcher is provided. Shared transportation * Our Empire Pass properties (One Empire Pass and Argent) have a free, shared, on-demand shuttle. * All locations have easy and close access to the free Park City bus. Steve's place was in perfect condition. It was an amazing stay! The place is straight in front of the ski lift and the personnel at the Argent was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend.

Third year in a row staying here. Hope to be back next year for a fourth. Everything about the condo is perfect. The location can't be beat. Our kids always look forward to the bowling. The resident manager Susan goes out of her way to make everything run smoothly in the shared condo areas. One of the evenings this year she arranged live music. The condo itself is always immaculate and well furnished. There is a lot of attention to even smaller details like Apple watch and iPhone chargers on both sides of each bed. Steve with Parker Chase Properties is easy to communicate and work with.
