This brand new as of 2022 slope-side community offers a unique living space that provides guests with a gateway to world-class skiing, biking, and hiking, as well as proximity to Park City's iconic Main Street and its vast array of shopping and dining experiences, just a 10-minute walk away! HIGHLIGHTS: BRAND NEW as of 2022 - Exclusive Ski-in/ski-out access for Park City Mountain Resort. Kings Crown has a very unique "ski tower" that includes our private ski equipment locker where you can store your ski gear (room for 4 sets of gear). It's a short 90 *second* walk from our condo to the ski tower. You take the elevator up the ski tower to get your ski gear. You take the elevator one floor higher to the owner lounge with coffee and snacks in the morning and an Après-ski at the end of each ski day (starting at Christmas and going until the end of the ski season). Then back in the elevator and up one more level, and the elevator doors open right out onto our own private ski trail - Crown's Way. Pop on your skis or board, and off you go. From there, it takes 3-5 minutes to get down to the PCMR resort center and the main lifts and lift ticket office. Those lifts include Payday Express, Crescent, First Time, 3 Kings, and Eagle. * >> Please note<< Due to unpredictable weather conditions, ski-in/ski-out access cannot always be guaranteed during the early or late parts of the season. Often, it is not until mid-January that Park City Mountain Resort has our ski access trail open. However, there are still convenient and easy ways to access the slopes during these times. To account for this, our start and end-of-season rates are lower and reflect the potential unpredictability of direct ski-in/ski-out access. Kings Crown is considered one of the most luxurious and best-appointed private luxury condominium on-mountain residences in Park City. Construction finished in 2022, and our condo is considered one of the building's most nicely appointed and tech-rich condos. Our condo is 1,725 square feet and includes 2 bedrooms, both with 2 ensuite fall baths. The appointments in the bedroom suites: Master bedroom -- King-size bed with a pillow-top mattress. Ensuite full bathroom with oversized glass-enclosed shower, soaking tub, T3 ionic blow dryer, backlit makeup mirror, and heated floor. 65" Samsung flat-screen smart TV with Hulu Live TV. Amazon Echo Show, huge walk-in closet, gas fireplace, and more. Second Bedroom -- Two queen-size beds with pillow-top mattresses. SUSTAINABILTY INITIATIVES We care deeply about the environment. We want to do our part to lessen our environmental impact and make it easy for our guests to do so as well. Our current Sustainability Initiatives include: Electricity from renewable sources * Our electric power is from wind and solar through the Rocky Mountain Power Blue Sky energy program. Reduced plastic usage * All shampoo, conditioner, etc. is great luxury product dispensed from larger, refillable bottles. No more tiny plastic amenity bottles. * To decrease plastic water bottle waste, cold filtered water is built into all refrigerators or a filtered water pitcher is provided. Shared transportation * All locations have easy and close access to the free Park City bus. Trash & Recycling * All trash and recycling containers in the kitchen are clearly labeled with what can be recycled. EV Charger * Our garage includes a Level II charger. J1772.

It was better than we imagined! Five star quality, amenities and a host that made sure every detail was perfect, the condo has everything you can think of and then some. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere, the ski in, ski out tower, fly fishing, the hot tub with incredible views and shopping in Park City…our only regret was not staying longer!

Truly the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The condo was perfection, centrally located and walkable to everything. The host was excellent at communicating, very responsive and accommodating. The instructions provided included everything you need from getting inside, building amenities, local attractions and everything in between. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need (I mean, marshmallows for hot chocolate stocked!!!). We would 10000000% stay again and cannot recommend enough. Steve and Quen were amazing and helpful. The place was the best we have stayed in Park City and had every kitchen gadget imaginable- made cooking easy! The location is perfect, 3 min walk to slopes and only 15 min beautiful walk to downtown. We will be back!

If I could give the condo 10 stars, I would! We have stayed in properties all over the US and Europe, and Steve’s condo was by far the most well-equipped and filled with thoughtful items for guests. The condo was so comfortable, very convenient for skiing and getting onto Main Street, and so many wonderful amenities at the property. Steve was wonderful with his communications, directions, and suggestions. We will stay here again in a heartbeat when we return to Park City. Absolutely wonderful property and overall experience!!

One of the best family holidays we’ve had with our 3 kids. Steve was an amazing host and Park City did not disappoint! The condo was fantastic, just a short walk to the bottom lifts and everything you need for a get away is right there. Steve was extremely responsive to everything we asked. Could not fault our stay. Outdoor spa was just what we needed after a day skiing and the steam shower in the main bedroom was a delight. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and appliances top notch. Lived every minute of our stay here

In our 8 years of coming to Park City, Steve's place is without a doubt the best place we've stayed in. From check-in to check-out, it is a first class experience. Specifically, the level of detail that goes into making the stay as comfortable as possible is head and shoulders above any other Airbnb we've stayed at.

Awesome unit! Spacious and new with a great balcony and huge TV. Mountain biking along the mid-mountain trail was fun - take the purple bus to the Montage and bike back to PC (reserve bikes in advance if it’s a summer weekend). Downtown PC with lots of restaurants and shops is a nice 15 minute walk through the neighborhood. Helpful communication and advice from Steve about things to do during our visit. We’ll be back!

My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend with my daughter and her boyfriend at Steve’s place and it was perfection! We were blown away when we walked in! The decor, the amenities, the location, the view, the owners’ lounge, the gym…everything was perfect! The emails and communication with Steve was the best I have ever experienced through AirBNB. Highly recommend a stay here!
